As we grow, one of our main objectives is to continue hiring individuals who are both a professional and cultural fit for Factbird. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist This position is a full time position, reporting to our Head of Communications and Marketing, and provides an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic tech environment!

- Product Marketing: Develop benefit-first product positioning, messaging and external communication that highlight the value of each product. Provide messaging and positioning for internal teams, such as customer success, marketing and sales
Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and brand vision.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in reaching target audiences.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to generate compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals.
- A minimum of 5 years in roles related to Product Marketing. We also consider other relevant experiences.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in positioning, launching, and selling successful products
- Data-driven approach with strong collaboration skills to bring the organization to consensus on decisions on both short and long-term product marketing plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You have the ability to understand and transform technical concepts into clear value and benefits
