At Factbird, we're on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager who's not only tech-savvy, especially when it comes to IIoT/Connectivity technologies, but also a master in customer satisfaction.
We're on the lookout for someone who embodies resourcefulness, curiosity, and rapid adaptability. You should have a knack for establishing meaningful connections with our customers. Picking up fresh concepts swiftly and empathizing with customer challenges should be second nature to you.
In this role, you'll report to our Country Manager in the United States. You'll collaborate closely with our esteemed team of senior Account Executives and Sales Engineers, stationed in New Jersey and Chicago.
