Who we’re looking for 

If you're a tech enthusiast with a flair for connecting with people, we might just be a match made in heaven. At Factbird, we're on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager who's not only tech-savvy, especially when it comes to IIoT/Connectivity technologies, but also a master in customer satisfaction. 

We're on the lookout for someone who embodies resourcefulness, curiosity, and rapid adaptability. You should have a knack for establishing meaningful connections with our customers. Picking up fresh concepts swiftly and empathizing with customer challenges should be second nature to you. 

In this role, you'll report to our Country Manager in the United States. You'll collaborate closely with our esteemed team of senior Account Executives and Sales Engineers, stationed in New Jersey and Chicago 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Grasp our customers' business goals and stay up to date with industry trends and practices. 
  • Offer strategic and practical recommendations to optimize the value, adoption, and satisfaction our customers derive from Factbird. 
  • Keep precise customer records in tools like HubSpot, ensuring transparency and efficient management. 
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across our customer base, from executives to daily contacts. 
  • Engage in post-sales activities, ensuring smooth implementation and conducting thorough reviews. 
  • Take charge of customer expansion and renewal, fostering significant growth and minimizing churn. 
  • Identify customer needs and craft value-based business cases to promote and upsell additional Factbird features and services. 
  • Collaborate with Factbird's product and tech teams, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with customer feedback. 
  • Assist in delivering insightful webinars, training sessions, and creating reusable materials to support our customers effectively. 

 

What makes you a great fit 

  • 5+ Years Relevant Experience: You've got over 5 years in production, manufacturing, automation, or similar roles, ideally in IIoT or SaaS. An educational background in tech is a plus.  
  • Strong Proven Experience in Customer Success: You've got a solid track record in a Customer Success role, especially within a B2B SaaS business. 
  • Initiative-Driven: You're proactive and eager to contribute to our success. 
  • Collaborative Spirit: Thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you're a team player and enjoy collaborating with different departments. 
  • Effective Communication: Your interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are top-notch. You can convey technical complexities to both technical and non-technical folks. 
  • The ability to work autonomously with excellent discipline. 
  • In short, you are Someone excited to be involved in a scaling Customer Success function and business, where you can share ideas and drive growth.
