Role Overview:
As our Manufacturing Intelligence Specialist you will be the catalyst for change, guiding our clients through continuous improvement journeys and onboarding key enterprise customers to our game-changing Manufacturing Intelligence solution. You will take on a consulting role, diving deep into customer challenges and architecting tailored strategies that foster success while also driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders, offering expert technical guidance and supporting B2B initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and collaborating with the Account Executive to secure them.
• Develop a solid grasp of our corporate messaging and utilize platform data to pinpoint strategic growth opportunities that enhance clients' businesses.
• Conduct thoughtful, consultative meetings with senior executives to illustrate the value our products bring to their operations.
• Negotiate favorable renewals and expansion agreements that benefit both the client and our organization while effectively managing the legal negotiation process.
• Partner with Product Development and Sales teams to ensure clients derive maximum value and satisfaction from our solutions.

Qualifications:

• You bring at least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in the high-tech or SaaS realm, with a proven knack for driving business growth.
• You have background in continuous improvement engineering or have experience managing large-scale IT/software expansion projects within the manufacturing sector, where they have been responsible for both system enhancements and organizational transformation."
• You have a naturally inquisitive spirit, always ready to assist clients during platform setup and eager to tackle their startup questions.
• Skilled in value-based solution selling, you measure your success through accurate account forecasts and have a keen eye for churn and upsell opportunities.
• An understanding of IIoT and Industry 4.0 concepts is a must that sets you apart.

• Your exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities allow you to connect with people in person, over the phone, and through email.
• You thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments, motivated by continuous improvement and growth.
• Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, PowerPoint, and Excel will give you a head start. 
• Youre proficient in Lean Management, Six Sigma and/or Project Management.
